For this role, you will be joining our team for our Singapore Water Purifier brand. Sterra is a homegrown brand set out to improve the lives of people at home. Role Purpose
- Review offline sales strategies & increase the sales revenue
- Formulate and implement sales strategies to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Responsible for leading the team and expansion projects (B2B, B2C,D2C)
- Develop specific sales and marketing plans/activities to drive sales and achieve targets
- Identify and develop potential clients through cold calling, door to door canvassing, site visits, etc.
- Monitor sales team performance and push the team to hit revenue goals.
- Motivate the sales team and create an atmosphere of healthy competition among the team.
- Generating own leads and bringing in revenue for the brand.
- Assist customers by selling our products and services, while maximizing sales.
Job Requirements
1. Only Singaporeans/PRs may apply.
2. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, sales, or related fields will be an advantage. 3. 3-5 years of offline Sales experience from ecommerce or startup background
4. Strong sales ability and business acumen.
5. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
6. Leadership experience in managing people in a positive and inspiring manner. 7. Flexible and adapt to work in an exciting start up environment.
