Job description for Head of Digital Marketing and Communications at Pt Kals Corpora Indonesia
- Build, plan and implement all digital marketing strategies
- Manage and oversee different digital marketing channels
- Able to coordinate with Google, Facebook, agency, or other third-party teams to find out the technical problem and the solution of the problem
- Measure ROI and KPIs of the company’s digital marketing strategies
- Perform Data Analysis to analyze and evaluate marketing spent effectiveness across all digital channels such as Social Media, SEO, SEM
- In-depth knowledge of Digital Platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Youtube, Facebook)
- Lead internal team and external agencies to deliver the best performance across digital channels
- Build and execute a cross-platform customer acquisition strategy (i.e., the right platforms, with the right message, to the right audiences) and a performance-driven media plan with specific ROI goals
- A track record building and leading a team that drives efficient growth
- Research competition, investigate benchmarks, provide suggestions for improvement and provide ideas to stand out for all digital advertising channels
- Ensuring that marketing and communications efforts adhere to agreed timelines and managing expectations with various stakeholders
- Plan and manage Livestream strategy
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/Digital Technology or similar fields are favorable
- Solid 8 years experience as Digital Marketing Manager. Past experience at a digital advertising agency/tech company/multinational company will be preferred
- Google Ads Search and Display certified
- Excellent copywriting skills
- Recent experience with hands-on development and optimization of large-scale online acquisition campaigns (not agency managed)
- Proven experience developing and scaling new digital programs, as well as monitoring and refining existing programs to meet the company's objectives, strategies, and forecasts
- Solid knowledge of analytics/campaign performance measurement
- Proven ability to manage budgets and attention to detail
- Leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals
- Effective time management skills and the ability to multitask
- High competence in project and stakeholder management
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Thrive in matrix environments and are adept at building relationships with different stakeholders
- Strong work ethic, leadership skill, and strategic vision
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills, with the ability to interact appropriately with people across different functions and multiple levels across the organization
- Naturally inclined to self-motivate, take initiative, and work efficiently
- Knowledge of metaverse
