Job description for Head of Content at Coinvestasi
We are looking for a passionate Head of Content with deep knowledge in the cryptocurrency industry to join our team. You will be responsible for creating, improving, and maintaining content to achieve our business goals.
Our Ideal Candidate:
Our ideal candidate is someone with relevant journalism and writing experience and passionate about cryptocurrency and blockchain. As a Head of Content, you should perform well under deadlines and be detail-oriented. Someone who is an expert in content optimization and in handling social media.
Responsibilities are including but are not limited to :
- Develop content strategy aligned with short-term and long-term marketing targets
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to plan and develop site content, style, and layout
- Keep updated with cryptocurrency and blockchain trends to swiftly capture new trends and news locally and internationally
- Work in a multidisciplinary team with professionals such as web designers, marketing executives, and photographers to improve content strategy
- Create and publish engaging content
- Edit, proofread and improve writers’ posts
- Optimize content according to SEO
- Use content management systems to analyze website traffic and users engagement metrics
- Manage content distribution to online channels and social media platforms to increase web traffic
- Develop an editorial calendar and ensure the content team is on board
- Ensure compliance with the law (e.g. copyright and data protection)
Your Personal Skills :
- Leadership, listening skills, and collaborative attitude with teams. Adapt in people management and negotiation
- Curious to learn more about cryptocurrency, and eager to educate others;
- High level of critical thinking and logical analysis
- Highly organized and high attention to detail is a must
- A committed and responsible personality is a must.
- Excellent problem-solving skills
Your Technical Skills :
- Proven work experience as a Content Manager or similar with min. experience 2 years
- Bachelor Degree in Journalism or relevant field
- Ability to multi-task and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment;
- Curious to learn more about cryptocurrency, and eager to educate others;
- Committed to positive team culture, and personal growth;
- Well versed in, passionate, and knowledgeable about cryptocurrency and blockchain
- Good judgment, competent decision-making, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills;
- Possess both intellectual and emotional intelligence, with a high level of integrity. adaptable and dependable;
- Non-defensive in giving and receiving constructive feedback.
- Fluent in English both Oral and Written
- Always keep the highest standards of compliance and confidentiality
