- Lead Account Enterprise Department and and teams (Account Manager and Account Executive)
- Create and develop new account in Banking and Financial Service Industry, Healthcare, E-commerce, Manufacture, and other sectors
- Build Sales’ Strategic and Planning include Sales Pipeline within department
- Generate sales and reach the company's sales target
- Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts to retain a client-account manager relationship by up-selling and cross-selling
- Manage and solve conflicts with clients. Therefore, expected to have specific information regarding daily operations of the Company and keep the Client updated.
- Interact and coordinate with the Sales, Technical Expert, Project Management and Delivery Team
- Establish budgets with the client and company
- Meet time deadlines for accounts
