Job description for [Glints Recommended] Senior Program Manager at Spartronics
- Manage a team with a diverse array of talents and responsibilities.
- Organize programs and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the organization.
- Lead and manage Project Management team through the entire life cycle of a product.
- Determine the project’s scope and objectives.
- Estimate the resources needed to meet goals and manage them effectively and efficiently.
- Prepare a budget based on the project’s scope and resource requirements.
- Manage project plans, timelines, and risks of multiple businesses.
- Implement and manage changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved.
- Closely collaborate with Bidding team, cross-functional team, customers & global functions.
- Ensure goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, safety, quality, and team member performance.
- Lead cross functional teams on continuous/efficiency improvement projects like cycle time reduction, yield improvement, quality improvement and other projects etc...
- Produce accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle.
- Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in Business or related field.
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in program management at manufacturing companies.
- Proficient in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing)
- Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods.
- Excellent analytical skills and experience seeing projects through the whole life cycle.
- Proven ability to solve difficulties creatively.
- Proven stakeholder management skills.
- Proven experience managing a team.
- Ability to lead multi-functional teams on large-scale projects.
