1. Hold a minimum bachelor's degree in Game Application Technology.
2. at least have 6-month of experience in an internship, fresh graduates are welcomed.
3. Have portfolio, Game Design document, and prototype from GDD
4. Being Familiar with Unity engines would be a plus
5. Excellent critical and design thinking. Creative imagination and ability to think outside the box.
6. Understanding UX and using UX tools would be a plus
7. Being able to read analytics would be a plus
8. Very much understand the game loop.
9. Able to analyze dan explain the design of a game.
10. Passion for gaming and having strong knowledge about games and game designs.
11. Ability to quickly adapt in a rapidly changing, fast-paced, and creative environment
12. Good communication and teamwork.
1. Plan and design game systems, controls, UX (User Experience), narrative, level, and mechanics that align with design pillars.
2. Write and Maintain Game Design Document.
3. Work collaboratively with fellow designers, artists, concepts, and programmers to deliver the intended experience.
4. Play and analyze games for research.
5. Gather users' feedback to improve their experience.
6. Pitch creative new game ideas for upcoming projects.
