Job description for Business Development Representative at Công ty TNHH RENOVA CLOULD VIETNAM
- Commit to understanding/owning your customer target segment & becoming a trusted member of the Sales & Marketing team
- Generate new Sales Qualified Opportunities (SQOs) and pipeline in greenfield accounts in Vietnam
- Conduct account development best practices with email, phone, and social touchpoints using tools like Zoho, LinkedIn.
- Contact potential customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
- Answer questions about products or the company
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close meetings
- Direct prospects to the field sales & technical team when needed
- Enter and update customer information in the database
- Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
- Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
- Support, train new team members
- Junior or fresh graduate can apply
- Experience in Telesales/Online sales is a big plus
- Experience in Tech and Startup is a plus
- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs and telephone systems
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment with minimal direction
