Job description for Fulfilment Warehouse Assistant at ZTO Asia Pte Ltd

As veterans in the last mile logistic sector with hands-on experience of more than 10 years, we offer high-quality service capabilities such as line-haul, last-mile, express delivery, in-city delivery, fulfilment and warehousing. We are looking for talents to join our team as we expand.
Main Activities:
· Take active ownership of end-to-end e-commerce logistic workflow including the following;
· Be responsible to value add into the process of inventory and order management.
· Be responsible for the Inventory accuracy and maintenance of goods.
· Supervise the process of inbound/outbound and pick/pack.
· Should be sufficiently tech savvy to operate and manage some level of automation.
· Other warehousing tasks as assigned by the team leaders and/or management.
· Other ad-hoc duties as per assigned by managers and/or management.
Qualifications / Experience:
· Possess at least a Professional Certificate, or Diploma in any discipline (Business Management is preferred)
· Min. 1 year of experience is preferred.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite such as Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
· Strong organizational skills in order to perform and prioritize multiple tasks with good attention to details
· Able to work independently as well as a team
