Job description for Freelance Digital Planner at Havas Group Indonesia
- Work alongside client leads to define campaign strategy, budget, media allocation (inc. Pure Players platforms), and KPI’s (in line with the MCP process).
- Support planning best practice throughout client portfolio, specifically working in conjunction with client teams to improve the quality of planning insight rooted in client understanding.
- With the support of a Data Analyst, continually deliver informed planning decisions grounded in data insight
- Implement planning strategies that enable Pure Players teams to understand and deliver outstanding work.
- Ensure HMG activation best practice is in place across client portfolio, reporting on activation KPI’s and evolving strategy as necessary.
- Manage effective stakeholder relationships with Pure Players platforms, heads of, and senior Pure Players stakeholders.
- Working with Media Investment Director and MD Middle Office, in support of the strategic development of Pure Players platform capabilities and adoption across Affiperf (programmatic), Socialyse (social), Mobext (mobile), Ecselis (digital performance), AdCity (programmatic OOO), and Artemis (data).
- Implement planning that appropriately integrates Pure Players platforms. With the ultimate goal of delivering outstanding campaign performance.
- Support Pure Players platforms’ commercial targets, recommending investment strategies and implementing investment adjustments when and where necessary.
- Work in partnership with client teams to develop, maintain, and grow strong relationships with clients.
- Work alongside client teams and Pure Players teams to deliver integrated digital technology solutions, which place innovation and best practice at the heart of all recommendations.
- Support new business initiatives and be actively involved in pitches.
- University degree or similar.
- Proven pedigree in delivering innovative digital strategy and solutions.
- Extensive agency experience working directly with clients across digital media channels.
- Excellent working knowledge of the technology landscape that surrounds digital advertising.
- Excellent understanding of DSP’s, programmatic platforms and how automation can be applied to media buying.
- Excellent understanding of social media, social platforms, and related APIs and ad products.
- Good understanding off-line media channels.
- Proven track record of delivering client growth and influencing client investment strategies.
- Solid international experience.
- Good industry understanding, shown interest in our evolving industry and the implications for clients, media owners, consumers, and the market place.
- Excellent client service skills and the ability to multitask with great attention to detail.
- History of influencing and managing multiple stakeholders and inputs.
- Established profile and/or emerging opinion leader within the industry.
- Builds effective relationships quickly, by adapting to different styles; good team-worker.
- Excellent listening and analytic skills, able to simplify complex concepts and create innovative solutions.
- Strong negotiation and commercial management skills.
- Can lead and be part of a high performing (virtual) team.
- Excellent storyteller and capable of articulating the benefits and value add of our services and Pure Players platforms to clients.
