Career Path during the program:
A. Formi Buddy
Jenis Pekerjaan: Freelance
Kompensasi: Uang Transportasi dan Uang Makan
Bonus Benefit: Rp4.000.000 (100% Target)
Pro Rata jika melebihi Target (Tidak Ada Maksimum Untuk Nilai Bonus)
*Jika 3 Bulan selalu mencapai target >80%, Maka akan dipromosi menjadi
B. Formi Partnership
Jenis Pekerjaan: Kontrak
Kompensasi Gaji: Rp4.000.000 , Uang Transport dan Uang Makan
Bonus Benefit: Bonus Performa berdasarkan Benefit (1-4 Juta)
*Jika 3 Bulan selalu mencapai target >80%, Maka akan dipromosi menjadi
C. Formi Partnership Team Leader atau Account Manager
Jenis Pekerjaan: Karyawan Tetap
Kompensasi: Gaji Rp6.000.000 - Rp10.000.000
What Buddy responsible for:
- Generating leads of dental & beauty clinics
- Presenting Formi products to potential clients and establishing a strong relationship with them
- Negotiating contracts with potential clients
- Preparing and submitting contracts for approval
- Win partnership with dental & beauty clinics
- Onboarding clients (dental & beauty clinics) to Formi environment
- Monitor clinics onboarding process
- Meeting or exceeding acquisition goals
- Coordinating acquisition efforts with marketing programs
- Monitoring trends in dental clinics & beauty clinics, in terms of promotion and content
- Preparing daily and monthly report
- Answering client questions about products, prices, and availability
Qualification
- Min 1-2 years experience in Sales or related position, fresh graduate with good communication skills and internship experience is welcome to apply
- Previous experience of working in a Dental/Beauty company is highly preferred
- Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Visionary and growth-oriented
- A commitment to excellent customer service
- Able to join as soon as possible is a big advantage

- High spirit, good attitude, and honest
- Placement in: Jakarta Raya, Yogyakarta, Semarang, Surabaya, Malang
