Talent management
- Responsible for recruiting, hiring, developing, and retaining employees
- Responsible for total hiring process such as job posting, sourcing candidates through job fair and social media
- Serving as first-line contacts for running background checks to screen candidates
- Conducting initial interviews
- Coordinating with hiring manager responsible for making the final selection
Compensation and employee benefits
- Responsible for functions such as negotiating group health coverage rates with insurer
- Overseeing, managing, and administering employees’ benefit
- Support employees in compensation and benefit-related cases
- Conduct research and studies related to topic
Training and Development
- Training team is responsible for building out instructional programs that have a direct effect on the success of the business
- Identify, design and update learning initiatives
- Managing and cultivating relationships with employees
Operations
- Support the daily operation of customer service department (phone calls, emails & internal system)
- Create weekly and monthly reports
- Interacting with customers and handling customers queries
- Maintaining relationships with profitable customers
