The finance position will play a critical role to ensure overall financial related functions and its procedures are well-tracked and highly organized. What You Will Do:
- Assisting in the preparation of financial statements
- Helping to prepare the documents related to the audit
- Supporting in finance document filling such as monthly budget and cost reports
- Supporting finance team for checking and maintaining documents for business-related transactions
- Supporting ad hoc projects of the finance team
- Continuously suggest and execute process improvements
What You Will Bring to the Role:
- Fresh graduates, or at least 3rd year undergraduates, preferably majoring in Business, Finance or Accounting
- Solid knowledge of financial and accounting procedures
- Possess a deep interest in finance in the tech startup industry
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills
- A team player with strong sense of responsibility and able to meet deadlines
- Strong ethics with an ability to manage confidential data
- Eager to learn, organized, detail oriented and have a can-do attitude
