Job description for Finance and Accounting Supervisor at Wilopo Cargo

Your Roles :
You will report directly to the CEO and will be required to be hands-on at work. Ensure all the accounting transactions and reporting are on time and follow accounting standards. Be responsible for tax and internal controls eliminating any risk for the company. Handling budgeting, forecasting, and business analysis.
Your Profile :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting or other relevant disciplines
- Having experience in a service industry
- Prior exposure to ERP systems is a plus
- Problem-solving skills, ex: strategic thinking, analytical thinking, attention to detail, and mindset
- Experience in handling 3rd party
Your Responsibility :
- Responsible for the completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of bookkeeping and financial reporting process to ensure quality financial reporting
- Oversee daily transactions, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations
- Evaluate and provide financial and accounting policies & procedures, including continuous improvements by using technology in the overall financial operation reporting process
- Prepare budgeting reports and forecast revenues
- Organize financial data into useable information and maintain updated records
