Job description for Finance, Accounting, and Tax Officer at PT. Stella Mode Indonesia
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining financial reports, records, and general ledger accounts.
- Weekly and Monthly cash flow reporting and payroll.
- Monthly balance sheet, P&L, and all the basic accounting requirements.
- Tax reports and payments (Plus point).
- Reviewing and controling payments, invoices, and all other transactions for efficiency.
- Preparing journal entries, and account reconciliations and assisting with monthly close processes.
- Maintaining documentation for accounts payable, purchasing, and treasury
- Meeting processing and reporting deadline
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required.
- Max 30 years old
- 2+ years of accounting experience.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Good problem-solving and time management skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
