Job description for Field Sales Specialist at Skolla EdTech
- Identify the competitive analysis and research of existing markets to know the right schools to work with
- Responsible for conducting promotions and developing sales promotion plans for schools
- Work closely with schools to obtain data-driven insights and recommendations to understand the impact and success of programs' collaboration
- Keep a great ongoing relationship with current schools and offer new ways to grow the partnership (relevance, reach, and revenue)
- Deliver a great experience to the schools when working with the organization (representation)
- Preferably min. 3 years of experience in a related field or similar position
- Passionate in education and have knowledge of the funding landscape for education in Indonesia.
- Outstanding presentation & communication skills
- Excellent professional and interpersonal skills
- Self-starter and able to work with minimum supervision
- Result-driven and target-oriented
