- Maintain the Director's agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences, etc.
- Assisting the Director in organizing project administration’s tasks (preparing presentation materials, reports, and related tasks)
- Attend meetings and keep minutes; receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate; handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, etc.)
- Make travel arrangements (domestic and international)
- Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure
- Prepare invoices or financial statements and provide assistance in bookkeeping
- Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible
- Excessive experience as Secretary to Directors a minimum of 8 years
- Degree in Secretary or relative field
- Possess high integrity, proactive, full of initiative, focus, and attention to detail
- Possess the ability to manage pressure and conflicting demands and priorities tasks and workload
- Able to work in a high-speed working environment
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent in English written in ora
- Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities
