Job description for Employee Development Specialist at Kumparan
- Prepare and deliver training programs
- Follow up on Management training activities and departmental training
- Track overall training and training results
- Prepare and update training tools
- Coordinate external training
- Market training activities in-house
- Identify training and development needs within an organization through job analysis, appraisal schemes, and regular consultation
- Develop effective induction programs for new staff, apprentices, and graduate trainees
- Create and/ or deliver a range of training using classroom, online and blended learning
- Keep up to date with developments in training by reading relevant journals/ training material, going to meetings, and attending relevant invitation socialization from Digital Media.
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Management, Human Resources Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- At least 2 years working experience in training, talent development programs, and online learning programs.
- Good planning, organizing, and analytic skills.
- Excellent presentation, facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skill
- Having proven track records in delivering training or learning development programs.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office environment (Word, PowerPoint, especially with Excel)
