Job description for Electrical Engineer at ANOTECH Singapore
As an Electrical Engineer, you will carry out and coordinate Electrical engineering activities.
Responsibilities
Delivering Electrical Engineering aspects by executing project activities.
Provide input to the development of project execution contracting strategies that complement designs, construction and operating methods.
· Preparation of all documents for the electrical control system requisition:
o Technical specification
o Functional analysis (Power management system / Synchronization /automatics sequence)
o Management of the load sharing, operating modes, concerning GTG
o Define Electrical System Black-start Sequences
o Typical I/O’s list
o Definition of interfaces with electrical materials and packages (Gas turbine generator, Diesel Generator, HV / LV Switchboards ...)
o Interface between electrical and instrumentation
o Inspection and Test plan for ECS
o Interface with process to define the load shedding list
· Analysis of technical offers from vendors:
o Selection of the suitable technology
o Validation of architecture/ specification
o Evaluation of planning
o Evaluation of interface impact
· Coordination of technical Clarification meeting with vendors
· Preparation of purchase order with procurement team (help on technical point)
· Review and comments of vendor documentation after PO
· Participation to iFAT and FAT
Requirements
At least a bachelor’s or equivalent in electrical engineering, with a higher-level degree or professional qualification preferred.
Minimum of 1 years’ experience in electrical engineering, preferably within the Oil & Gas industry including international work.
Knowledge in in Electrical Engineering( Generators , Motors , switchgear , power generation/distribution systems , protection , substations.
Experience in managing vendors , Engineering contractors and , effective collaboration in multi-discipline teams.
