The Education Program Development drives the development of our organization’s education products and services. He/She assesses the industry landscape, reviews existing products and services, seeks new education offerings, and assesses if they can be improved.
He/She develops education products and services based on our organization’s road-map, market trends, and opportunities from future clients, using national standard curriculum.
1) Create and develop competency-based vocational curriculum.
2) Developing/managing teaching delivery timetables, content quality delivery, including the progress of program participants.
3) Designing the learning process for educational program participants, including the creation of learning content and online examination / certification / performance tracking for both the students and school facilitators.
4) Giving feedback, directions, and assignments to school facilitators.
5) Take part in teaching and refine delivery methodologies for effective learning.
6) Managing communication in a cross-team environments.
7) Producing accurate and timely reporting of product development status throughout its life cycle.
1. A bachelor degree from Education of Engineering, i.e: Mechanical Engineering Education / Electrical Engineering Education / Electronic Engineering Education / Computer Science Education or any relevant major.
2. Minimum 1 year experience on competency-based vocational curriculum, cognitive taxonomy (Bloom taxonomy), psychomotor taxonomy (Simpson taxonomy), and affective taxonomy (Krathwohl taxonomy) in vocational education.
3. Minimum 1 year experience in formulating Indikator Pencapaian Kompetensi (IPK), Syllabus, and Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran (RPP) based on “Kurikulum 2013” structure for vocational education.
4. Practical knowledge of learning evaluation system in vocational education, based on Authentic Assessment.
5. Having genuine interest/prior experience in education sector and curriculum development.
6. Ability to work with deadlines and tight schedules.
7. Excellent interpersonal, communication, time management, and task prioritization skills.
8. Prior experience in creative/innovative/blended learning methods.
9. High energy level, able to maintain self-motivation to meet business goals.
10. Comfortable in working independently as a solo performer and as member of a team.
11. Tenacity to handle rejection and continue on with positive attitude when problems arise.
12. Domicile location: Jakarta / Bogor / Depok / Tangerang / Bekasi.
13. Willingness to travel to remote areas to visit schools / learning facilities.

For WFO settings, you will be located in our operations office in Kemayoran (North Jakarta) or even at mobile locations in supporting your daily routines.
Both of us will be having a 6-months probation period to see whether we can settle-in and to learn whether both of us fit each other.
All candidates will be undergoing a 3-hour face-to-face assessment test before interview.
