Ecommerce Operation Officer
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing the marketplace (making product descriptions, uploading product images, checking stock and prices, processing orders to delivery)
- Respond to customer chats quickly and correctly and resolve claims from customers
- Responsible for increasing marketplace turnover
- Coordinate with PIC Marketplace for available campaigns
- Make daily and monthly reports
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in any field
- 3+ years experience manage ecommerce marketplace
- Familiar with ecommerce dashboard
- Understand the procedures for product uploads, orders and campaigns
- Having good relationship with other ecommerce
- Target Oriented, detail, creative, proactive, have sales spirit, responsible
