Job roles :
- Provide online consultation through Telemedicine for SehatQ during the working hours.
- Provide answers to questions posted by SehatQ users, in the Q&A forum.
- Assist Digital Medical Manager in developing best practices, standard operating procedures to ensure service quality of SehatQ’s Telemedicine experience.
- Work with other functions (e.g. Toko, Booking, Content, PHR) to identify and execute cross-sales opportunities during the Telemedicine session.
- Work with relevant functions to incorporate technologies (AI-assisted Pre-Diagnosis, Clinical Decision Support System, analytics tools, etc.) into the Telemedicine offering.
- Undergo trainings as required to regularly improve the service quality of the Telemedicine function.
- Coordinate with relevant parties to execute ideas leading to an improvement of traffic and engagement.
Key Qualifications :
- General Practitioner with minimum of 1 year practicing Medicine
- Have a valid STR and SIP
- Have a basic knowledge of digital healthcare
- Positive working attitude, high level of pro-activeness and strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well with colleagues from different functions, especially with content, marketing, engineering and product teams.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Willing to work in office / WFH during Covid with shifting system (3 shift)
