Job Description : 
Build the Data Science, Engineering, BI and Product Analytics organization grounds up 
Architect & own end to data infrastructure for the organisation
Lead data architects and data engineers to architect and deliver the solutions that fulfil the Business information needs and align with the information vision and strategy
Apply business strategy while driving technology strategy, balancing short term and long term needs to ensure that the architecture can scale and evolve accordingly
Define/Lead the design and analysis of experimentations for product management.
You will drive the vision and roadmap of experimentation, A/B test, and offline evaluation
Enabling more understanding around user data and experimentation
Develop market leading analytics capabilities ranging from organization BI to advanced analytics mod
Requirement :
10+ years of experience in a hands-on data role, 4+ years in e-commerce/internet
Experience managing direct reports in a cross-functional environment.
An outstanding communicator who can work through challenging solutions with technical and non-technical stakeholders
A uniquely well-rounded analytics leader (ideally who has built from scratch), eager to move at a much faster pace
Experienced in implementing modern analytics tools and technologies across the stack: Data Warehousing (Big Query, Redshift, Snowflake, etc.), Data Engineering (Airflow, Dragster, Fivetran, dbt, etc.), and Data Visualization (Tableau, Looker, Mode, etc.)
Able to articulate how further investment in our data infrastructure will give us a distinct competitive advantage
Solid experience in Analytics and Data Collection tools - Google Analytics (Preferably IQ certified) - mastery in other tracking technologies can be used as an alternative (e.g. Adobe, Webtrekk, MixPanel, SnowPlow, Piwik, etc) is a must-have
Experience with BigQuery and Google Cloud Platform is a must-have
