Job description for Digital Performance Marketing Specialist at PT. Sumber Makmur Surya Perkasa
- Handle end-to-end performance marketing management and optimization across different Paid channels including but not limited to Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
- Create tests or experiments to keep improving the performance and profitability of our ads.
- Manage ads budget across paid channels efficiently and effectively.
- Track, report, and analyze data and key performance indicators from different paid channels to optimize and improve our performance and profitability.
- Monitor and perform optimization for content and keywords to improve our marketing performance and profitability.
- Work with all marketing teams to ensure consistency of messages across all channels so they align with all the critical KPIs.
- Have 2 years of experience in performance-based marketing (Google Ads and Facebook Ads),
- Have deep knowledge and experience in performance marketing strategies and tactics,
- Strong hands-on working knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Ahrefs, email marketing, etc.),
- Have analytical solid data and critical thinking skills,
- Have a good ability to work with data and make decisions based on data,
- Ability and desire to work at both the strategic and tactical levels,
- Ability to deliver clear, concise, and reliable reporting on all activities,
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia,
- Strong understanding of the upcoming trends and future direction in e-commerce,
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
