Job description for Digital Marketing at Digital Envision
Digital Envision is a company which provides innovative solutions in web, mobile app, and online marketing to help your business to reach market audiences and increase client satisfaction in multiple platforms.
We are looking for Digital Marketing with an in-depth understanding of how to reach more audiences.
What you Will Do
- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
- Lead and coordinate with Marketing Team (Designer, Social Media Specialist, and Content Writer)
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
- Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
Requirements
- 1 - 3 years of proven working experience in digital marketing
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
- Ability to take extreme ownership over your work
- Ability to adapt in VUCA (Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, Ambiguity) environment
- Willing to work according to Australian time or 6 AM – 3 PM Jakarta Time (9 hours include 1-hour break)
