Job Description
Membangun pemasaran digital untuk meningkatkan sales perusahaan melalui optimalisasi dan aktivasi channel digital (e.g : Sosial media, email, website, dll) perusahaan baik secara organik dan non-organik. menjalin kerja sama dengan influencer serta strategis partner (online travel agent) yang dapat meningkatkan jangkauan audiens serta potensial leads yang dapat dikonversi menjadi sales.
Responsibilities:
- Merancang Strategy aktivasi seluruh Social Media & Channel Digital Perusahaan
- Mengoptimalisasi channel digital untuk meningkatkan sales perusahaan
- Melakukan Trend Research guna menemukan opportunity peningkatan penjualan
- Memproduksi dan mendistribusikan konten kreatif untuk sosial media perusahaan
- Merancang dan menjalankan promosi (campaign) pada channel pemasaran digital
- Melakukan manajemen terhadap seluruh Online Travel Agent (OTA) perusahaan
- Membuat copy & content writing yang dapat mengoptimalkan pemasaran dan penjualan
- Merancang Strategy pengembangan SEO/SEM dan PPC
- Menginisiasi strategi dan memelihara engagement atau interaksi audiens atau komunitas secara digital
Qualifications:
- Minimal S1, diutamakan dari jurusan Marketing, Ilmu Komunikasi, Desain Komunikasi Visual, dan Manajemen.
- Minimal 1+ tahun pengalaman penjualan dalam Digital Marketing.
- Memiliki pengalaman digital marketing di bidang perhotelan (menjadi nilai +)
- Memahami strategi SEO/SEM dan PPC.
- Memiliki kemampuan manajemen Iklan/Ads dan analisa hasil (Sosial Media Ads, Google Ads).
- Memiliki kemampuan menjalankan tools E-Mail Marketing.
- Keterampilan menulis dan komunikasi yang sangat baik, kreatif, dan inovatif serta dapat memahami, menganalisis, dan mengevaluasi data terhadap hasil kinerja sosial media.
