1. Plan and process:

2. Research, optimize, adjust and upgrade:
- Track, audit the traffic number & conversion rate of website, Social media ads, GDN, diagnotis and giving notification to digital team to adjust and optimize.
- Plan to build and distribute campaigns to mining more leads and foot traffic to clubs to help Sales department increase revenue.
- Plan to research new tools, new technologies, assign staff to build the demo/test, evaluate and propose to keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.

3. Collaborate with other departments & Agencies:
* Internal:
- Consulting to other departments to get known about numbers of digital marketing, strategics of digital content, digital marketing, how to optimize the performance of digital ads for saving the approved budget.
- Keep updating the campaign results of digital ad to campaign PIC.
- Receive feedback about prospect informations quality, double check and implement new plan to optimize the quality of prospect.
* External (Agencies):
- Review portfolio, performance, and techniques supportive of new agencies.
- Commiting negotiation between Elite Fitness and agencies.
- Ensure the highest benefit for the company when conducting campaigns with agencies.
- Price negotiation with new agencies under budget control of BOD.
- Evaluate agencies performance.
4. Recruit, train, supervise and evaluate on performance of digital marketing staff:
- Recruit and train to new joiner of team about company procedures, system, department tools.
- Supervise, evaluate on digital marketing plan and finalize the plan.
- Supervise, evaluate digital marketing staff’s performance.
5. Digital Marketing report and forecast:
- Build a detailed and much closer real-time reporting system based on indicators required by management.
- Provide detailed and accurate report: Fully digital Marketing online campaign performance tracking & report.
- Evaluate the current work plan and provide forecasts for future plans.
