Job description for Digital Creative Group Head at Havas Group Indonesia

Responsibilities:
· Collaborate with business leaders to translate business goals into unique brand and product experiences
· Possess knowledge of industry-standard design software
· Have the ability to keep up with new creative technologies and analyze new trends and data
· Present and effectively communicate how a creative vision will help achieve goals
· Manage budgets, teams, timelines, and projects while working across several departments
· Create, sell and execute industry-leading creative concepts.
· Support the project's creative team.
· Contribute hands-on to the project from design through development.
· Coordinates with Director, Project Manager, and Resource Manager in projections for, and assignment of creative discipline group members to client projects.
· Create comps, storyboards, graphic concepts and final deliverables as required.
· Own the assignment; ensure quality across all aspects of project deliverables.
· Build and nurture relationships with clients, partners, production companies, additional talent and other vendors.
· Actively contribute to the development of the agency's culture and standards of quality.
· Contributes to the evolution and maintenance of each creative discipline workflow.
Requirements:
· Conceptual thinker with a keen business sense.

· Strong portfolio equally showcasing conceptual thinking, visual design, and storytelling.
· At least 5 years of design work experience at a major interactive or social media agency.
· Experience working in multi-disciplinary team to creative excellence.
· Understanding of branding, marketing, and advertising.
· Excellent communication and presentation skills with demonstrable ability to articulate and persuasively sell creative concepts within agency and directly to clients.
· Strategic thinking; ability to craft the brief, contribute in brainstorms, and direct the work.
· Ability to work on multiple projects and brands simultaneously.
· Ability to think and respond quickly while maintaining attention to detail.
· Strong work ethic and passion for all digital marketing.
· Expert mastery of all design tools, platforms, and versions of applicable software (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
· Working understanding of related digital disciplines such as User Experience, Content Strategy & Creation, etc.
· Proven problem solving skills at both strategic and tactical levels.
· Technical knowledge and awareness, such as the strengths and limitations of HTML, social media platforms and other emerging technologies.
· Advanced knowledge of the digital landscape, including everything from social media, as well as immersive and personalized online experiences.
· Excellent eye for design, imaginative, well organized, good-natured, dedicated, flexible and passionate.
· Understanding of how to partner with content strategy, copywriting, technology and media.
· Strive to produce the work at the highest quality standards and absorb design knowledge and trends.
· Experience in leading and motivating project teams, mentoring junior resources, inspiring teamwork and driving a team toward a great creative product.
· Excellent interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, a sense of humor and the ability to thrive in a collaborative agency environment with multi-disciplinary teams.
