Job description for Deputy HR Manager at Indonesia International Institute For Life Sciences
Job Requirements:
- Preferably Master’s Degree in Psychology, Law, Management, or related major may apply (overseas or international university graduates are preferable).
- Having strong experience in Human Resources Management, preferably experienced in Education Institutions.
- Candidates who understand the end-to-end process of Recruitment and Psychological Test, Payroll and Comben, Performance Management, Training and Development, Employee and Industrial Relation are highly desirable.
- Detail-oriented in Administration and Quality management.
- Having experience with handling expatriates.
- Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, ethics, and well organized
- Fluent in English both spoken and written is mandatory
- Advanced knowledge of Ms. Office and Human Resource Information System

Job Descriptions:
- Manage and ensure HR recruitment and operation activities.
- Able to conduct end-to-end recruitment, and coordinates with managers to plan, analyze, and develop staffing needs.
- Able to conduct licensed Psychological Tests and Assessments.
- Initiate and coordinate job ads, review job applications and resumes, and ensure job offers are made in accordance with procedures.
- Organize new employee orientations.
- Organize and coordinate all employee training needs, and may act as a trainer for training development as needed and appropriate.
- Ensure smooth payroll process, tax calculation (Pph21), develop and implement Compensation and Benefit policy
- Monitor and implement employee performance and evaluation process.
- Ensure personnel administration activities and documentation are accurately and timely recorded.
- Understand and update the HR policies and regulations based on Indonesian labor law.
- Maintain communication between HR and employees both regularly and incidentally.
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives.
- Other supporting activities.
