Job description for Delivery Admin Staff at TMP Consulting
- Pick up and deliver employee’s/client’s assets and documents
- Route planning to optimize efficiency and ensure documents/assets are delivered on time
- Responsible for high value/confidential asset/documents
- Filling out paperworks for completed deliveries
- Responsible for administrative activities regarding documents received (eg: scan, input data to template, organize document)
- Min. High School graduate or equivalent
- Preferably experience in handling delivery
- Have a private vehicle and SIM C
- High integrity, good time management, and detail-oriented
- Have knowledge and operation of Ms. Office Suites (Excel, Powerpoint, Word) and Google Workspace
- Multitasking skills, communicative, and fast learner
- Available to start immediately
