Job description for Data Scientist at Aria
- Collaborate with business and product teams to understand their analytical needs, and translate them into data requirements with clearly defined data metrics and definitions.
- Create predictive modell.
- Build dashboards and reports to visualize and interpret business data in supporting business decision-making.
- Perform in-depth analysis of ARIA business, present results to varied audiences, and translate insights to actionable recommendations.
- Understanding business objectives and developing a framework to achieve them, along with metrics to track their progress.
- Design and develop ETL processes to ingest data into the data warehouse, and transform data into data suitable for analytics needs.
- Defining the pre-processing or feature engineering to be done on a given dataset.
- Analyzing the ML algorithms that could be used to solve a given problem.
- Evaluate the errors of production and design strategies to overcome them.
- Deploying until its production.
- Bachelor’s degree or above qualifications in Statistic, Tech, Engineering or Math.
- Proven experience as a Data Scientist or Data Analyst
- Experienced in data visualization with an understanding of machine-learning and operations research.
- Experienced in statistical modeling is a plus
- knowledge of R, SQL and Python; familiarity with Java or C++ is an asset
- Experience using business intelligence tools (e.g. Tableau) and data framewor.
- Strong problem solving skills.
- Strong resolve on facing uncertainties and new challenges
