What are your responsibilities?
- Working closely with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and proactively provide recruitment tactics to sourcing qualified candidates.
- Facilitating our recruitment process from meeting the candidates until finalizing the hiring decision with them.
- Proactively growing our talents pool and taking the lead to engage with them.
- Building and strengthening partnerships with Universities to support recruitment activities.
- Generating recruitment reports and responsible for the recruitment results requested.
Are you fit with these job requirements?
- At least 6 months of experience relating to IT Talent Acquisition/Recruitment.
- Experienced in organizing & implementing human resources initiatives and activities.
- Passionate about people, business growth, people development.
- Good communication skill in verbal and written, both in Vietnamese and English.
- Being results-oriented mindset is needed
