Job description
As our Customer Support Officer, you will be the main point of contact for our active clients to support their daily technical operations. As part of the Eunoia Helpdesk, you will be managing queries, troubleshooting and following up on support tickets on multiple channels to maintain high confidence in Eunoia Platform’s Services.
Responsibilities
- Responds to client enquiries on email, Slack and help-desk ticketing system within the Service Level Agreement times
- Liaise with the client to get more details on the issue reported in order to find relevant information to replicate the error
- Perform basic troubleshooting to replicate the error
- Create clear and concise internal tickets to the L2 software support
- Follow up on all issues on a timely basis, both internally and externally
- Documenting and building internal and external FAQ list
Who We’re Looking For
- Able to commit to minimum of 20 hours a week (4 shifts)
- Able to work remotely and independently
- Excellent command in written English
- No experience required, training will be provided
