- Principal Accountabilities
- Ensure data and documents are uploaded by customer in correct and appropriate way
- Conduct customers verification data via phonecall
- Proactive in giving Information to customers either incomplete or an error document
- Provide information to applicant regarding procedure for applying a loan
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- 6. Follow up customer’s data & make daily reports
- Detail Oriented and hands on Customer Service field
- Good communication skills both oral and written, great phone etiquette is a plus
- Proactive personality and self-motivator
- Multitasking in a fast-paced environtment
- Team player and collaborative
- Customer orientated with service excellence
