Job description for Customer Service (must worked with Australian before) at PT Surya Digital Teknologi
- Call clients to gather requirements (not cold calling, only call existing clients)
- Support the sales people in organizing requirements
- Other admin tasks
- 1 - 3 years of proven working experience as Customer Service
- Previously working with Australian is a must, as the candidate will need to be familiar with Australian distributors, suppliers
- Ability to take extreme ownership over your work
- Ability to adapt in VUCA (Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, Ambiguity) environment
- Willing to work according to Australian time or 6 AM – 3 PM Jakarta Time (9 hours include 1-hour break)
- Total 33 days of holidays, 5 days more than Indonesia's
- The holidays are the accumulated 20 days of paid annual leave, 10 days of paid sick leave, and paid Australian public holidays
