Job description for Customer Service Deal Maker (Part Time) at Richsweet
- Teliti dan berorientasi solusi
- Diperkenankan mahasiswa tingkat akhir (tidak ada kuliah aktif)
- Diutamakan memiliki pengalaman: Menjadi customer service / deal maker, mengelola marketplace, dan Menangani customer retail dan partai besar
- Bersedia bekerja sesuai shift (pagi/siang/malam)
- Jam kerja 5 jam x 5 hari
- Membalas chat/leads yang masuk di whatsapp dan marketplace
- Membuat dan menjalankan progam penjualan
- Menghubungi customer via telpon jika diperlukan
- Menginput pesanan ke sistem (data entry)
- Bertanggung jawab terhadap pesanan hingga selesai
