- Melakukan proses dealing terhadap leads customer
- Menjaga Hubungan baik dengan customer
- Menangani permintaan dan kebutuhan customer
- Menfollow-up database customer agar terjadi dealing
- Bekerja sama dengan marketing untuk menangani customer
- Membalas chat e-commerce & social media
- Melayani keluhan pelanggan dan bisa memberikan solusi atas permasalahan customer.
Kualifikasi :
- Pendidikan Minimal S1 sederajat
- Pernah jualan online atau jadi admin online shop (lebih disukai)
- Perempuan
- Pengalaman minimal 1 tahun
- Usia minimal 25 tahun, usia maksimal 30 tahun
- Memiliki passion di bidang sales dan customer relationship
- Suka tantangan dan melakukan hal-hal baru
- Memiliki kemampuan interpersonal dan komunikasi yang baik
- Ceria, ramah dan bersemangat
