Job description for Customer Relationship Management Specialist at Shoesmart
- Plan and manage the execution of CRM sales & marketing campaigns on a daily basis
- Lead on analysis and research on the needs and pain points of customers and create precise customer segmentation for a better customer identification
- Improve existing campaigns and develop new campaigns to improve sales and user engagement.
- Problem solves CRM issues (hands-on troubleshoot, database query, multiple teams discussion) thoroughly in an in-time, effective and accurate way.
- Routinely analyze business and marketing data to identify key points, blockers, and opportunities for improvements to achieve company goals
- Build, implement and manage leads nurturing programs leveraging on marketing automation tools for auto-targeting, including setting up email triggers, contact list targeting, leads scoring, leads assignment, and performance attribution
- Develop marketing copywriting and communications content that appeals to target segments, and in alignment with content best practices and brand guideline
- Familiar with CRM tools (e.g. MoEngage, MailChimp, CleverTap, etc)
- Analytical mindset with exceptional critical thinking probabilities
- Strong communication skills to build and maintain a collaborative relationship with customers and to send reports and insight into the campaign performance
- Having a data-driven mindset and a growth mindset
- Be extremely creative and expert-written and verbal communication skill
- Work well independently as well able to collaborate cross-departmental and within a digital marketing team
