Job description for Creative Projects Manager at Hydragun Pte Ltd
- Determine who and what is needed based on the script
- Create a clear brief to guide all the relevant parties throughout the duration of a project to keep everyone on track and move the project forward
- Search for and negotiate contracts with relevant talents and service providers i.e., Fiverr artists
- Coordinate with our Influencer relations team in liaising with the appropriate influencers for each video project, if applicable.
- Ensure the clips we get meet the project objectives
- Support our Media Buying lead in producing and editing his scripts
- Communicate and negotiate with relevant parties needed to complete your projects (Fiverr artists, Tiktokers, Youtubers)
- Storyboarding
- Supervise the editing of the advertisements for various online platforms
- May require you to script out our concepts after you are well versed with our video performance marketing techniques
- Familiar with at least 1 professional video editing software (E.g Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro)
- Familiar with Adobe After Effects
- Proficient in sound and music design
- Proficient in typography motion graphic
- Video editing and storyboarding skills
- Proficient in Sales performance video script writing and copywriting
- Basic understanding of visual and graphic design
- Basic knowledge of but with strong interest in marketing
- Strong time and project management skills
- Strong leadership, coaching and collaboration skills to engage, negotiate, supervise and manage people within projects
- Strong critical thinking, verbal reasoning, analytical, problem solving and decision making skills
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Strong aesthetic and creative skills
- Strong command of spoken and written English
- 3-4 years of experience in a producer role (of any medium, preferably video)
- 1-year experience in video editing
- Experience in sales-conversion ads
- Experience in creating video content for various platforms such as Tiktok, Youtube, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Arts, Visual Communication, Digital Film, or any related field
- Graduate from a reputable university, with distinction is preferred
- Successful sales conversion in D2C videos
- Have work experience for D2C brand
- Proficient in motion graphic
- Remote working experience
- Self-starter. Have started personal projects and seen it to completion with relative success
