The opportunity
As a Creative Intern, you’ll have the opportunity to set a precedent on how content curation can be & should be for solar, infusing warmth & sunshine into an industry that is traditionally cold and distant in Singapore 🌞
You’ll be a part of a small but collaborative community in ENGIE Factory, passionate about using technology and innovation to solve climate change. We definitely don’t see our interns any differently from one of us. If you’re up for it, lead teams, craft strategies or drive new initiatives – the sky’s the limit.
What you’ll be responsible for
While we encourage you to take ownership of your role and spend time on areas that you find exciting, the following tasks are likely to be a part of your role:
- Capture & curate story-driven content based on customer stories, founder stories & more
- Storyboarding, conceptualising & design of relevant creatives for upcoming campaigns
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative content, including graphics, videos, and written materials that align with our brand and messaging.
- Generate innovative ideas for marketing and awareness campaigns, in line with upcoming company product developments & future plans
- Highlight and celebrate internal employee stories, showcasing their contributions and experiences within our company.
- Work / collaborate across different departments (internal sales team) & interview homeowners

Who we’re looking for
- Passion for curating and filming video content (hit us up with your best video pieces!)
- Experience in handling mirrorless/DSLR camera systems
- Strong interest in sustainability, renewable energy, and solar technology.
- Highly independent, able to set own agenda and plan content schedule together with marketing team
- Genuinely excited by a fast paced start-up environment with a bias to action
- Able to quickly pick up nuances of solar industry with guidance from team and generate engaging content ideas
- Knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop will be a plus
- Having experience with Youtube algorithm will be a plus
- Students from LASALLE College of the Arts or Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts will be a plus
Contract type and location
This is an internship that lasts from January to June. You must be able to commit full-time (or at least 3-4 working days a week) for a minimum of 20 weeks, up to a maximum of 9 months. The role will be based in Singapore with a flexible start date.
