Job description for Content Creator at Pennyu Group
PENNYU Group is looking for Content Creator to create amazing visual & engaging content to communicate ideas that inform consumers about our company.
Requirements:
- The candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as Content Creator or equivalent. Fresh graduates are very welcome to apply
- Has a strong understanding of social networking and social media marketing
- Able to do end-to-end social media management (content planning, creativity, until execution, analysis, and reporting)
- Willing to actively engage with the audience (on and off camera)
- High creativity and time management skills.
- Extremely social & creative
- Willing to work on-site at Semarang Tengah, Kota Semarang
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Responsibilities:
- Create interesting & creative content/campaigns for social media (short video on TikTok, Reels), websites, newsletters, and blogs (not design, not editing)
- Researching industry-related topics (combining online sources, interviews, and studies)
- Create an engaged audience and facilitate organic growth
- Working closely with all creative team members to create a strategy for developing strategic content activities to generate conversations and engagements
- Provide competitive insights and conduct social media listening on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
- Identify social content opportunities that drive customer, and seller value, branding, and communication
