Job description for Community Program at Erudifi
ErudiFi is a Series-A stage startup focused on providing affordable education financing. We are passionate about enabling access to equal opportunities through education. Our platforms include Bukas in the Philippines and Danacita in Indonesia. We’ve served thousands of students in the region and are focused on expanding our reach.
What you will do:
- Grow community engagement offline via events, and online via social media and other channels;
- Manage and grow disbursement and Danacita penetration in schools through community;
- Target new leads that generated from community in the line with the company's strategy in order to meet the strategic and objectives aligned to the geographical that you will be working within;
- Maintaining leads pipeline, accurate monthly and quarterly forecast to increase disbursement growth within the set of assigned accounts to meet and exceed forecasts;
- Generating demand for additional products and services within your assigned accounts to grow community & leads;
- Proactively go out within the online and offline communities to connect with the community and create a pipeline for campus ambassador program;
- Actively moderate community channels by creating topics of discussions, responding to questions, and facilitating member idea;
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to create programs with the main objective to grow Danacita’s campus ambassador member;
- Manage community loyalists and create programs that can fairly reward their contributions in keeping Danacita’s community channels positively engaged;
- Share members feedback and insights from the community to the internal team on how Danacita's can further improve;
- Work closely with the partnership team, creative team, and other departments that may need to utilize community channels to achieve the company’s goals
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree or at least 1 years of working experience, fresh graduates graduates are welcome to apply;
- Proven community management experience with strong ownership and emotional intelligence;
- Experience launching community initiatives (e.g. building an online forum, launching an ambassador program or creating an event series);
- Excellent verbal communication skills, writing skills, and project management
- Excellent interpersonal and presentations skills
- Attention to detail, critical-thinker, and problem-solver
