Job description for Community Operations Lead at Glints
- Manage the supply of GEC classes, revenue & expenses for each project, and ensure that all classes created are meeting demand needs
- Acquire prominent, credible experts to join in our mission of developing our learners’ career journeys
- Manage the GEC Community Team, including developing and grooming team members to increase their productivity and performance
- Manage programme operations, including ensuring that programmes run on schedule and internal processes run smoothly, in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
- Be part of the Glints ExpertClass core team, involved in the strategic growth and direction of GEC
- Opportunities to build and shape the community team of Glints ExpertClass
- Exposure in creating a learning platform ecosystem that directly impacts people’s career development and growth
- 3+ years of experience in Community Management, Merchant Acquisition, Operational Management or Partner Acquisition
- Self-starter
- Great communication and people skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including experience in data analysis (excel or other data analytics software)
