Responsibilities:
- Demand analysis and planning
- Leading 10 Community Area Sales (CAS) to achieve the target
- Lead research in community based customer
- Monitors and motivates team Community Area Sales (CAS) member
Requirement:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree
- At least 5 years of leading team acquiring community based customer
- Experience in leading team to acquire community based customer
- Excellent in data analysis and ability
- High achiever and target oriented person
- Excellent in communication, negotiation, and presentation skill
- Have a good leadership skill and mentoring ability
