- Play an advisory role on client engagements, serving as a digital strategy advisor to both account leads (internal) and clients (external).
- Leading a team of Account Managers by helping define scope and recommended approach for major digital projects for clients.
- Drive high level discussions on the role of digital within the total marketing ecosystem.
- Working with the leaders of the client director, help convince clients of the value of digital marketing services to their business – help them define needs and potential solutions.
- Help guide clients in defining their digital vision.
- Where necessary, help structure and present recommendations to senior leadership for approval
- As appropriate, play an active role in new client acquisition and new business presentations.
- Provide methodological support, coaching, professional development and training to staff.
- Participate in evaluating the digital health of current clients.
- Strong people and client relationship skills
- Numerical skills: able to drive budget calculations and commercial pricing for proposals and billing
- +4 years’ experience in a professional service business, preferably within digital or strategic marketing. Agency or management consulting experience is a plus.
- Must have knowledge in regional client's needs especially clients from Malaysia, Singapore & Indonesia
- Must have a digital marketing exposure as this role deals with purely digital marketing
- Fluent in English is a must
- Experience in digital media planning is a plus
- In-depth knowledge of integrated marketing and digital disciplines (including audience identification and analysis, targeting, experience design, digital production, and online analytics.)
- Strong analytical mindset and high affinity to numbers
- Team player with the confidence and integrity to earn client and internal team confidence quickly
- A self-driven decision maker.
