Job description for Business Manager at Glints
- Strong business development capabilities to value add to the team and the business.
- Minimum 4 years of experience working within people facing roles such as B2B sales, Business Development, account management, 360 recruitment business, or related experience.
- Past experience in leading a team, preferably mid-senior sales managers, with track record of excellence in revenue achievements.
- Ability to communicate in English, both written and verbal.
- Moves and executes fast, able to execute, and deliver on tasks quickly and effectively.
- Flexible and able to adapt to any situation, able to get hands dirty.
- An ability to work well on their own and within a team.
- Previous experience working in a startup environment would be an added advantage.
