Qualification :
1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field
2. Good communication skill and interpersonal skill
3. Good Technical writing skill (fluent with Microsoft office)
4. Active listening
5. Result driven thinking
6. Have Experience minimal 2 year in IT industry (preferred)
7. Have good partnerships with previous clients is a plus
8. Have good business understanding
Jobdesc :
1. Develop overall strategy in identifying, acquiring, onboarding as well as servicing clients for the company's sales growth
2. Monitor ongoing sales performance to identify issues and create timely solutions
3. Ensure effective implementation of go-to-market initiatives and new experiments
4. Provide speedy and professional responses to ad-hoc enquiries from clients
5. Building and managing partnerships to acquire new and existing clients
6. Participating in creating, evaluating, and maintaining business development strategy as well as communicating the strategy plan and report.
7. Evaluating design ideas and concept to make sure meet clients need and company's standard
8. Making selling prices, bundling package, etc based on sales evaluation/sales performance
9. Participating in monitoring project progress as well as evaluating and analysing project progress dan project result
10. Understanding current macro & micro business state
11. Participating in evaluating resource planning
12. Participating in managing resource
13. Participating in negotiation
14. Provide report and quotation for clients
15. Following the trends of industrie
