Job description for Business Development at Pt Bubu Kreasi Perdana
- Generate new revenue by researching and analyzing potential prospects and sales options
- Develop relationships with prospects and recommend solutions to improve their production
- Create actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
- New leads may be generated through canvassing, cold calling, partner relationships, and customer referrals
- Meet sales revenue targets
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with current clients and their management teams by providing information, guidance, and support; recommending service and profit improvements; and recommending new opportunities
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
- Lead and coordinate contract negotiations for a successful close
- Mentor team members and teach improved processes in order to enhance team target
- 5+ years of experience in marketing/digital marketing or agency environment
- Strong knowledge in digital marketing strategy and partnership
- Have ability to develop strong business relationships and generate revenue
- Ability to develop & presenting sales proposal
- Excellent in communication and negotiation both English and Bahasa Indonesia
