Job description
We are looking for a Business Development Strategist to join us in building our innovative IoT system to digitalize the Industrial world. Auk Industries® is a disruptive end-to-end technology provider for Industrial IoT. Analogous to “Fitbit-for-machines”, our cost-effective universal IoT devices can be quickly deployed in minutes onto a diverse range of industrial machines to stream vital machine stats to the secured cloud platform in real-time. Data get processed and transformed synchronously using advanced algorithms and state-of-the-art analytics tools to generate powerful and actionable operational insights. Our system is fully scalable up to 10,000 devices and is future-proof through continuous development to include machine learning updates and enable integration with other products in the exciting Industry 4.0 ecosystem.
We are looking for curious, driven and dedicated individuals with high dy/dx to join our fast growing young team! They will be tasked to:
Sales (90%):
- Generate, qualify and nurture leads from outbound calls, meeting, networking events, etc, with managerial levels in an organization - comfortable with C-level executives
- Ensure sales pipeline and database updated at all time
- Support global sales activity by participating in developing sales strategy and program
- Include all other sales activities to drive top-line growth
Marketing (10%):
- Conduct market research on existing and potential clients, competitors and other topics when required
- Develop and execute creative, unique ideas for target marketing of new business with a growth-oriented mindset
- May include all other marketing activities
Requirements:
- Fresh graduate in Bachelors in Business/Marketing/Communication/Engineering/Computer Science and preferably with 1 year experience in relatable position as Business Development
- Must have selling experience and comfortable in telemarketing
- Must be hungry and passionate in sales and tech start-ups
- Excellent verbal and writing skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Positive, independent and motivated team player
- Competence in all basic office programs, such as Word, PowerPoint and Excel. Adobe Photoshop or other designing skills are good to have
