Job description for Business Development Specialist at DANA Indonesia
- Implement partner strategy and plan that supports the Market Development strategy and drive incremental revenue that creates value for acquirers and issuers.
- Arranging prospective approaches, develop high-level, sustainable strategies to maintain close relationships witth partners
- Strong focus on new product initiatives that roll out in the market especially those that could be potential businesses for out payment gateway services.
- Generate business growth, including acquiring new merchants or payment channel from various industries, offline and online.
- Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier university, with keen interest in venturing FinTech business.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a business development, account management or sales role. Preferable someone with merchant acquisition exposure or exposure to e-commerce and digital businesses
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, energetic personality that would able to develope relationships with clients, partners and other key stakeholders, including negotiating and building influence.
- Creative and strategic thinker with analytical skills, including the ability to analyze data, draw conclusions, and develop recommendations
- Results-oriented mindset is a must. Self-driven and highly motivated to achieve ever-changing target.
