Job description for Business Development / Sales at Casa Grata
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly company’s sales goals
- Maintain and build strong relationships with existing and new partners.
- Build and negotiate strong business agreements consisting of listing, trade, and marketing agreements to grow profitable sales operations across partners.
- Establish and monitor partner’s sales goals.
- Maintaining in store product availability, visibility in partner’s store (both online and offline), collaboration of campaign arrangements, in order to grow the volume of sales-out from retailer to end- consumer.
- Analyse industry trends, market activities, and competitors so as to identify new opportunities and threads.
- Build the client database and identify key contacts
- Engage prospects through multiple channels to generate new sales leads
- Organise and make sales visits
- Produce detailed proposals and presentation materials for client pitching
- Ensure prompt response to enquiries/or resolution to customer complaints
- Proactively maintain and enhance relationship with clients
- Maintain sales activity records and prepare sales reports
- Ensure in store sales and marketing promotions are properly executed and have a passion for being in the field and on the move.
- 1 - 3 years of experience in sales or key account management position.
- Solid academic background.
- Excellent communication and writing skills; English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Basic IT knowledge (excel,word,powerpoint, chrome, etc)
- Excellent salesmanship and networking skills
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets
- Strong customer orientation, dedication, and passion for delivering a great customer experience
- Demonstrate high responsibilities, moral standards and personal qualities of integrity, credibility, commitment, and ownership to the business.
- Strong analytical skills, goal oriented, driven mentality, systematic thinking, communication and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Displays intellectual curiosity and the ability to handle ambiguity
- Ability to convey information clearly and analyse customer requirements as needed to help customer make buying decisions
- Highly energetic, positive attitude with the ability to take initiative
- Discipline to conduct and manage sales cycle process from initial contact through to initial qualification
- Collaborative and team oriented
- Max age 35 y.o.
- Stay in Jakarta is preferred
- Base Salary IDR 4.000.000 - 6.000.000
